Organic Unbleached White Flour
Our white flour is stoneground from 100% organic wheat and unbleached. Milled here at Maple Farm Kelsale using locally grown crops and traditional varieties of wheat, some now unavailable elsewhere. Our white flour is double-milled and the left over bran is included in food for our hens to eat.
