When she’s not planting out seedlings, head grower Bess is busy in the kitchen using our Maple Farm fruit to make jellies and jams and also everything you can make from our wide range of herbs and vegetables.  She prefers that nothing goes to waste.  Visit our farm store to see her latest range, plus marmalade, chutneys, passata and pesto, available while stocks last.

Some weekends Bess adds her young plants and seedlings to the range in store so you can grow from home, including potted herbs, nature-friendly companion plants and interesting organic extras she has found along the way.
