Exit A12 at the first Saxmundham turning and follow the road down to the town centre. At the traffic lights where the B1119 crosses the High Street, turn left. Drive through Saxmundham High Street heading north towards Yoxford. Once you have left Saxmundham, you will see a turning on the right signposted towards Theberton – take this turning (the name of the road is Clay Hills)…

Exit A12 at the turning for Kelsale. Do not turn into the village, but follow the road towards Saxmundham town centre. Take the turning on the left for Theberton (the name of the road is Clay Hills)…

…follow the Clay Hills road for approximately 1.5 miles then the road goes over a railway bridge, followed by a long straight part of the road and then a sharp left bend. Once past this sharp bend you will pass a redbrick ivy-covered wall on your left hand side, followed straightaway by a little road on the left – take this left-hand turning at the Maple Farm Kelsale sign. Follow the road round to the right and the farm store is a short distance after this on the right hand side. You will see the back of the store and a shingle area for parking.
